The creators behind Aircard come from a background of blending consumer tech + lifestyle design. They saw how people juggle slim wallets, minimalism, and the need to never lose what matters. Their mission: to make a tracker so thin, elegant, and seamlessly integrated that you forget it’s there, but always appreciate it when you need it. Hence, the Aircard, a sleek and efficient tracking card to find lost wallets, was brought to life.
Instead of another bulky tracker, Aircard is pitched as “always with you, never in the way.” The campaign offers it as a clip-on or insert design card - one that works with wallets, clutches, and card sleeves - a companion device to the essentials we carry.

OUR APPROACH
From the very start, Aircard’s design philosophy hinged on three principles: slim form factor, real-time precision, and elegant usability. The product had to disappear into your daily carry, yet give you peace of mind when you drift away from your items.
Designing Aircard brought several challenges. How thin could the device be while still housing a battery, wireless chip, and precision sensors? How to make it robust enough to survive being in a wallet (bending, pressure, pocket life) without adding bulk? How to deliver real-time alerts and location fixes while preserving battery life?
Through iterations and prototypes, the team refined component placement, optimised firmware efficiency, and tested casing durability - all while preserving aesthetic minimalism. They also leaned into the ecosystem - making sure Aircard integrates with smartphone apps, networked finding, and alert systems.

Super slim/lightweight profile: The device is built to clip or slide into a wallet without noticeable thickness
